Cristiano Ronaldo is expected to feature for Manchester United for the first time since the end of last season as the club host Rayo Vallecano in their final preseason game of the summer at Old Trafford. While the 37-year-old is still believed to be keen on leaving, no transfer has been forthcoming thus far.

Erik Ten Hag has overseen a promising set of friendlies, although Saturday’s loss to Atletico Madrid in Oslo was disappointing.
