Nigeria’s most prestigious award, The Headies will surely be one to look forward to next year(2023) as one of the main talking points would surely revolve around Asake.

So far in the year 2022, Asake has been the hottest artiste if we are not going to cap. His songs have been top of the charts more than any other artiste.

His album “Mr Money With The Vibe” is doing amazingly well, just not in Nigeria but in other countries too. Asake is currently on tour in the UK, just to tell you how 2022 has been a great year for Asake.

The Headies 2022 was held a few weeks ago in the US in which BNXN Fka Buju clinched the most anticipated and talked about the award, which is “The Next Rated” award.

Artistes like Wizkid, Davido, Sean Tizzle, Reekado Banks, Rema, Patoranking, Omah Lay to name a few have won this award and so far most of them have lived up to that expectations.

Headies have faced different criticism in their choices of winners

Asake is currently on some crazy run in the industry, he has been nothing but amazing since he was introduced formally by Olamide.

This guy will surely be up there with the likes of Wizkid, Burna Boy, and Davido for the best male artiste come next in any award show.

We can say Asake has passed the next rated artiste in Nigeria, he has been rated and we know this guy is fire.

If Headies don’t want to experience what happened during Lil Kesh and Reekado Banks era, they better not try nonsense because this time won’t have just Olamide to face.
